Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. in Peterborough is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our reactive repairs team, covering the Peterborough area. You will perform joinery, plumbing, tiling and other trades within occupied properties, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

You will need NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (or equivalent), and a full UK driving licence. Experience in domestic or social housing is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-trade works within occupied properties (joinery, plumbing, tiling, and more).
• Apply fault-finding skills to resolve issues in domestic settings.

The Multi Trade Operative role:

What you will bring as a Multi Trade Operative:

You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade, ideally with experience in domestic or social housing environments, desirable, but not essential.

With a genuine passion for improving people’s homes, you bring strong customer service skills and enjoy working with others. A full UK driving licence is required.
