A leading property services company is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join their Voids team in the West Midlands. Responsibilities include carrying out multi trade work such as plumbing, plastering, and carpentry repairs within domestic settings. Candidates should hold a Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or Plumbing, have experience in social housing, and possess a full UK driving license. The role offers a guaranteed week of 39 hours, bonuses, and a range of benefits including a pension and life insurance.
We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our Voids team based in the West Midlands area, specialising in carrying out void and refurbishment works to our customers properties.

Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilising problem‑solving capabilities. Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients properties are ready for handover, working to deadlines and managing timeframes to ensure transitions run smoothly.
