Snap Inc – Equipment Maintenance Technician

Snap Inc’s manufacturing team is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to support our advanced production operations. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and continuous process improvement.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of equipment specifications and OEM manuals.
• Identify and implement machine improvements to increase efficiency, yield and productivity while reducing operating costs.
• Ensure engineering principles and procedures are adhered to by other employees when operating equipment.
• Develop a positive safety and environmental culture to satisfy ISO 18001 and ISO 14001.
• Supervise and train fellow technicians.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
• Pro‑active, capable of working without direct supervision.
• Effective prioritisation of tasks and focus on priority issues.
• Adaptability to changing circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a maintenance technician in a similar fabrication environment.
• A technical qualification such as an OND/HND/NVQ in an engineering subject or equivalent.
• Electrical certification or equivalent.
