Multi-Skilled Engineer – Facilities Maintenance

Location: Horsham |

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a multi-skilled engineer to join the facilities team at a commercial office site in Horsham. This is a 3‑month temporary role with the intention to go permanent.

The role covers:

• Planned and reactive maintenance across building systems (mechanical, electrical, general fabric)
• Day‑to‑day facilities support in a commercial environment
• Working alongside an on‑site team to keep things running smoothly

Details:

• £21.00 per hour on a PAYE basis (roughly £43,680 annually)
• Monday to Friday, 8am‑5pm (some flexibility with start / finish times)
• Free on‑site parking
• Stable hours, long‑term opportunity if it’s the right fit

What you’ll need:

• Solid background in facilities / building maintenance
• Comfortable working across multiple trades (M&E and general building)
• Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) preferred

Start as temp, settle in, and if it works for both sides, move into a permanent role.
