Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, up to £38,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, primarily on plumbing, heating, and gas systems.
  • Handling plumbing tasks such as leak detection, pipework, and fixture maintenance.
  • Servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on commercial gas boilers and appliances.
  • Undertaking minor tasks in other trades, including basic electrical and general building work.
  • Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations, particularly Gas Safe protocols.
  • Keeping detailed records of all maintenance tasks performed.

Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must have:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent like City & Guilds) in Plumbing.
  • Desirable, but not essential, qualifications include:
  • Commercial Gas Safe qualifications (e.g., COCN1, CIGA1).
  • An F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
