Job Description

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure optimum performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults effectively.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

• This is a shift based role; 4 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off, 3 on 4 off, repeat.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multi-Skilled Engineer should have:

• Proven expertise in both mechanical and electrical engineering within manufacturing, ideally high volume, low value environments.
• The ability to 'hit the ground running' in a dynamic and super fast pace FMCG manufacturing enticement.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices in an engineering environment.
• Experience with maintaining and repairing a range of equipment and machinery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues effectively.
• Can work on a rotating 12 Hour Day Shift schedule (4 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off, 3 on 4 off, repeat).
