Overview

Perform building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating to the highest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular monitoring and inspection procedures for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance program.
• Answer queries, report defects, and keep clients informed of site activities during service visits.
