Job summary

Tata Chemicals Europe is seeking an IT Support professional to ensure a reliable and secure technology environment across all locations in the UK. You will deliver first-class support to users, diagnose hardware and network issues, and work with central IT teams on infrastructure projects and cyber security initiatives.

The role requires experience in IT/Infrastructure/Network analysis, strong customer service skills, and the ability to travel across sites as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in IT Support, Infrastructure Support or Network Analyst roles.
Experience supporting a multi-site organisation.
Experience with centralized or remote infrastructure/network teams.
Strong understanding of Microsoft and VMware technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide first-class IT support to users across multiple UK sites.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and systems issues.
Deliver face-to-face, telephone, and remote support; explain technical issues clearly.
Support local network infrastructure, switches, wireless networks and connectivity.
Collaborate with Group Infrastructure and Network teams to resolve incidents.
