Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking an experienced Corporate CCTV Security Controller to provide relief coverage across a portfolio of prestigious corporate sites in Liverpool. You will monitor CCTV, manage alarms, and support on-site Officers while ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service.

The role requires Frontline SIA CCTV licence, plus IT proficiency and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Frontline CCTV Licence (Public Space Surveillance) required.
• Door Supervisor Licence preferred.
• Experience in a Security Control Room or CCTV environment.
• Experience in corporate office environments.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong IT skills with monitoring systems.
• Calm, professional under pressure.
• Flexible to cover shifts across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and respond to incidents.
• Operate access control, alarms and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate incidents with on-site officers and emergency services.
• Produce incident reports and maintain records.
• Monitor fire and intruder alarms and building management systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and contractors.
• Escalate incidents per site procedures.
• Maintain a professional control room environment.
