Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a CCTV Controller to oversee proactive operation of CCTV and other security systems at our site. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will ensure clear communication, proper incident escalation and thorough documentation.

Key responsibilities include maintaining logs, deploying security resources, operating alarm systems, and executing emergency procedures. The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA CCTV/Door Supervisor license, ACT Awareness, SCaN for CCTV

Qualifications

• Citizenship or right to work in the UK.
• SIA CCTV / Door Supervisor License.
• ACT Awareness.
• SCaN for CCTV Operators.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clear, accurate communication and transmission of information.
• Follow escalation procedures and maintain incident logs.
• Deploy security resources to handle incidents.
• Proactively operate CCTV and other security systems; conduct daily risk assessments and maintain records.
• Operate fire alarm, PA, VMS, intruder/panic alarms, BMS, ANPR, radios, and phones.
• Implement emergency procedures per the Incident and Emergency Plan.
• Document complaints, incidents and activities thoroughly and professionally.
