You will coordinate incidents, manage access control and life-safety systems, and maintain detailed incident records in a demanding control room environment. The role requires frontline SIA CCTV licence (Public Space Surveillance) and offers training, progression, and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple monitoring systems.
• Calm and professional under pressure with high attention to detail.
• Flexible and reliable to cover shifts across sites.

Responsibilities
