At Ipsen, we are committed to improving patients’ lives through innovation in specialty care. We are seeking an experienced MSL Lead to join our UK & Ireland Medical Affairs team and play a pivotal role in shaping field medical excellence.
As the MSL Lead, you will be a senior field‑based medical leader reporting to the Country Medical Director and forming part of the UK & Ireland Medical Leadership Team. You will drive field medical excellence, capability building, and best practices across therapy areas, while ensuring alignment with global standards. This role combines strategic leadership with selective external engagement and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
