A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an experienced HCPC registered Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist for a part-time role of 24 hours a month at HMP Ford. This position involves assessing and treating a variety of MSK pathologies. The ideal candidate will possess advanced diagnostic skills and have post-registration experience in outpatient settings. This role is part time working 24 hours a month (3 days a month) at HMP Ford for a period of approximately 3 years.
You will be responsible for assessing and treating a range of MSK pathologies with some complex and/or chronic presentations. You will need to demonstrate advanced MSK diagnostic and treatment skills, be able to work within the MDT and maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.

You will also form part of the wider MSK Health in Justice Team comprising of physiotherapists and podiatrists in immigration centres and prisons across the country., You will be closely supported and mentored by our Clinical Lead, and this combined with our well-developed appraisal system, in-service training and funding for external clinical courses, you will be provided with an excellent supportive learning environment to continue your professional development.
With proven post-registration experience of assessing and treating MSK conditions in an outpatient setting you must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be willing to learn and develop.
