We are seeking a recently RICS‑chartered Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding Fund Monitoring team in Bristol.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has recently achieved MRICS status and wants to apply their cost and construction expertise in a strategic, client‑facing role.

You will be responsible for providing independent advice to lenders and investors, assessing risk, cost, and programme performance throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide independent advice on cost, risk, and programme performance throughout the development lifecycle;
  • Review development proposals, cost plans, and funding structures;
  • Assess budgets, procurement strategies, and potential risks;
  • Monitor construction progress and cashflow against forecasts;
