MRICS Hotel Valuer - Associate Director / Director level - London based - 4 days office based per week.

We are pleased to be assisting one of the leading independent names in property who are in the process of extending their Trading teams service offering to also cover Hotel Valuations. They therefore require an experienced hotel Valuer to work alongside the London trading team.

Given their name and their longstanding presence across the valuation and secured lending space, much of the clientele foundation will be in place, although a well‑networked person would have an advantage.

Previous management experience is not required; 5+ years relevant experience valuing Hotels and/or other trading assets is necessary.

Office based, likely 4 days in office required per week when not on site. Very stable business, attractive longer‑term career prospects for the correct person.

All figures quoted above are approximate and there may be additional car allowance/bonus payments.
