• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS.
• Registered Valuer with VRS or eligible.
• Post-qualification experience in valuing residential properties preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of various residential property types.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking lender valuations, primarily desktop valuations with some physical inspections.
• Detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology.
• Strong risk awareness of a regulatory environment.
