Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a Motorcycle Service Advisor for a franchised motorcycle dealership in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. You will drive aftersales service, promote servicing, apparel and accessories, and build lasting customer relationships in a busy dealership.

The role offers a negotiable starting salary, bonus scheme with an OTE of around £33,000 per annum, and a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday. Full training is provided and there are generous benefits.

Qualificações

• Proven customer service experience in high-end motorcycles or automotive aftersales.
• Strong organisational skills with target focus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Full UK driving license with minimal points.
• UK motorcycle license with minimal points desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the Service Manager and deliver excellent customer service throughout the aftersales process.
• Promote servicing, repairs, clothing, merchandise and accessories to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to customer retention and business growth.
• Maintain parts stock levels against delivery notes and store parts correctly.
• Pre-pick parts for workshop jobs to support efficient workflow.
• Process customer payments and invoices accurately.
• Manage walk-in customers professionally and exceed their expectations.
