Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting a Motorcycle Service Advisor for a franchise-approved dealership in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The role offers a negotiable starting salary, with on-target earnings around £33,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday, with opportunities for bonuses.

You will deliver excellent customer service, promote servicing and accessories, build lasting relationships and manage walk-in customers in a busy dealership.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience, preferably within motorcycle or automotive aftersales.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to hit targets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for motorcycles and two-wheeled products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the aftersales process.
• Promote servicing, repairs, clothing, merchandise and accessories.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to customer retention and business growth.
• Maintain parts stock levels and store parts correctly.
• Pre-pick parts for workshop jobs to support workflow.
• Process customer payments and invoices accurately.
• Manage walk-in customers professionally and exceed expectations.
