Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a Motorcycle Service Advisor for a reputable Cheltenham dealership. You will drive aftersales service, nurture customer relationships and support growth of the dealership’s reputation for quality two-wheel brands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service within automotive or motorcycle sector.
• Passionate about motorcycles and brands.
• Strong organisational skills with track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
• A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote aftersales services and enhance customer relationships
• Welcome walk-in customers and provide superb service
• Sell clothing, merchandise and accessories
• Maintain stock levels and process against delivery notes
• Pre-pick parts for workshop jobs
• Process payments and invoices efficiently
• Support Service Manager and collaborate with team to meet targets
• Ensure workshop parts and customer needs are met promptly
