Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service within automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Passion for motorcycles and motorcycle brands.
• Strong organisational skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and team-working skills.
• A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote the dealership's aftersales services and enhance customer relationships.
• Welcome walk-in customers and exceed their expectations through excellent service.
• Sell clothing, merchandise, and accessories to complement motorcycles.
• Maintain stock levels and process delivery notes.
• Pre-pick parts for workshop jobs to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Process payments and invoices efficiently.
• Support the Service Manager and work with the team to meet targets.
• Ensure workshop parts and customer needs are met promptly and accurately.
