Job summary

MPJ Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in the motor claims sector for an experienced FNOL Claims Handler based in Wilmslow.

You will be the first point of contact for customers after a motor incident, gather key information, provide guidance and progress claims through to resolution while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role suits someone with claims, insurance or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Previous FNOL, motor claims or insurance experience would be advantageous.
• Strong telephone and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage workloads.
• Positive and professional approach to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Taking incoming claims and accurately recording incident details.
• Handling FNOL calls and managing claims from notification to next stages.
• Liaising with customers, insurers, repairers and third-party representatives.
• Updating internal systems with accurate claim information.
• Delivering clear, professional communication throughout the customer journey.
