• Ability to manage a varied caseload by telephone.

Responsibilities

• Handle First Notification of Loss motor claims.
• Manage a varied caseload of FNOL claims by telephone.
• Prioritise own FNOL call load and manage customer expectations.
• Act as point of contact for policyholders and brokers.
• Identify fraudulent activity and any underwriting concerns.
• Deliver high level of service while following policies and guidelines.
