Confidential, a leading insurance business in Bolton, is hiring an FNOL Motor Claims Handler. You will handle First Notification of Loss motor claims by telephone, manage a varied caseload and ensure timely updates to policyholders and brokers.

This role runs Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a range of benefits and development opportunities. Salary up to £28,000 DOE; on-site parking available in Bolton.

• Proven experience in FNOL motor claims handling.
• Experience handling claims via telephone with strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage customer expectations.

Therefore, we are on the lookout for experienced claims handlers with experience working in a similar role with recent or previous experience in handling FNOL motor claims.

Motor Claims Handler duties:

• Handle First Notification of Loss Motor Claims
• Manage a varied caseload of FNOL claims via telephones
• Effectively prioritise own FNOL Call load and manage customer expectations
• Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
• Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
• Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
• Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines
