The role involves handling First Notification of Loss motor claims by telephone, managing a varied caseload, prioritising calls, and acting as the main contact for policyholders and brokers.

Therefore, we are on the lookout for experienced claims handlers with experience working in a similar role with recent or previous experience in handling FNOL motor claims.

Motor Claims Handler duties:

• Handle First Notification of Loss Motor Claims
• Manage a varied caseload of FNOL claims via telephones
• Effectively prioritise own FNOL Call load and manage customer expectations
• Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
• Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
• Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
• Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines
