Qualifications

• Handle first notification of loss of motor claims.
• Develop and manage caseload via telephone with efficiency.
• Make decisions on services based on case details.
• Access liability investigations to maximise recoverability and limit risk.
• Prioritise workload to ensure timely, compliant handling of claims.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for customers and referral partners.
• Meet monthly and quarterly KPIs on service deployment.
• Ensure data input is accurate and cases are properly documented.
• Adhere strictly to Treating Customers Fairly, GDPR and FCA compliance.
• Proficient use of Office programs and IT systems.
