MPJ Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced FNOL Motor Claims Handler in Bolton to join a well-established insurance business. The role focuses on handling First Notification of Loss claims by telephone and managing a varied caseload with strong customer service.

The successful candidate will prioritise FNOL loads, act as a main point of contact for policyholders and brokers, and help identify potential fraud. Excellent progression opportunities and on-site parking are offered.

MPJ Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading insurance business based in the Bolton area, who are looking to expand their FNOL motor claims handling team. Therefore, we are on the lookout for experienced claims handlers with experience working in a similar role with recent or previous experience in handling FNOL motor claims.

Motor Claims Handler duties:

• Handle First Notification of Loss Motor Claims
• Manage a varied caseload of FNOL claims via telephones
• Effectively prioritise own FNOL Call load and manage customer expectations
• Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
• Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
• Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
• Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines
