Key Responsibilities of the Mortgage Sales Manager:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Mortgage & Protection Advisors to achieve individual and team targets
  • Drive a culture of customer‑first advice, compliance excellence, and high performance
  • Manage team pipelines, ensuring smooth workflow, quality assurance, and timely completions
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching or up‑skilling support where needed
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on growth plans, recruitment, and business development strategy
  • Personally maintain a small client book or handle high‑value leads (optional, depending on background)
