Personnel Selection is seeking a Telephone Business Development Manager in Fleet to nurture broker relationships, manage incoming enquiries and drive new business growth. The role blends office and homeworking within a supportive team, offering a salary up to £34k plus a comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will become the main liaison for intermediaries, ensuring product knowledge and lending criteria are communicated clearly, while collaborating across departments to secure

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in either a face-to-face or telephone-based environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• PC literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• CeMAP would be an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with intermediaries and become the main point of contact for future new business.
• Maximise new business potential within the scope of the company’s appetite.
• Work within a team of Telephone and Field BDMs.
• Set up and enact telephone contact strategy with regional brokers and provide tailored information on products and lending criteria.
• Use the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records of broker interactions.
