Job summary

Nottingham Building Society is hiring two Telephone Business Development Managers at its Head Office in Nottingham. This hybrid role (minimum two days a week on-site) focuses on growing the mortgage intermediary business through proactive outbound activity and strong broker relationships.

You will target Residential, Specialist Residential, RIO, Buy to Let, and related opportunities, while aiming to hit individual and team sales targets with a focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with strong results and customer outcomes.
• Experience in financial services, ideally external sales or business development.
• Experience in prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with mortgage intermediaries.
• Promote Nottingham Building Society and products within the intermediary community.
• Identify and develop opportunities across Residential, RIO, Buy to Let, and related sectors.
