Job summary

West One Loans is seeking an experienced Telephone Business Development Manager to own and grow broker relationships, drive new mortgage business, and support product targets through proactive outreach. You will work with regional BDMs to promote offerings, manage case workflows, and maintain high service levels.

Role focuses on intermediary relationship management, proactive outreach, and effective use of CRM systems to track activity and results.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a sales-focused role is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for intermediary relationships.
Ability to manage relationships with brokers and drive new mortgage business.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and develop relationships with allocated intermediaries to drive new mortgage business.
Collaborate with BDMs to promote products and deliver account management.
Build introducer relationships to achieve targets.
Support BDMs with case management and outbound/inbound activities.
Maintain accurate CRM records of discussions and activity.
Contact potential brokers to introduce and develop business.
Keep intermediaries updated on products and service developments.
Respond to inquiries and handle new business opportunities.
Meet SLAs through multitasking and time management.
