We are seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Adviser to join SPF Private Clients, part of the Howden Group, and the UK’s leading mortgage broker for six‑and seven‑figure mortgages. In this role, you will provide a professional advisory service to both existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional standards of client care and compliance with FCA regulations, including Consumer Duty. You will play a pivotal role in promoting SPF Private Clients’ reputation for excellence and delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs.
Qualifications: Must hold the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Strong understanding of FCA standards and sourcebooks, including PRIN, COCON, FIT, TC, GEN, DISP, and MCOBS. Awareness of financial crime legislation such as SYSC, JMLSG guidance, and the Bribery Act.
