The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification and have strong management and communication skills. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality learning, compliance with standards, and supporting nursery staff. This role offers a full-time position with 40 hours per week over 4 days.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual, reliable and enthusiastic.
• Clear DBS is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room providing a high-quality Montessori learning environment.
• Assist the Nursery Manager in running the nursery.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and safeguarding regulations.
• Support nursery staff.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Contribute to planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum.
