A local health service provider in Greater London is seeking a Monitoring Officer for a fixed-term position to support service quality and performance within Estates & Facilities. This role includes monitoring compliance with healthcare standards, conducting audits, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure high service quality. The successful candidate will support continuous improvement in patient environment standards and ideally have experience in facilities management and compliance auditing. Full-time position with a salary range of £32,199 - £34,876 pro rata.

Monitoring Officer
Band 4, Full Time, Fixed Term - 4 months till end of March 26
To support the Assistant General Manager in ensuring high standards of performance are attained within several contracted and in-house Estates & Facilities services.
To undertake monitoring exercises Trust wide against agreed specifications i.e. The National Specifications for Cleanliness in the NHS or other key performance indicators (KPIs) and external contracts. To input data and provide reports for areas monitored to enable any remedial action to be undertaken.
