Carrier is now looking for a Modernisation Operations Manager UK & Ireland who will be responsible for leading the Modernisation P&L and ensuring financial delivery of the Projects Business for the UK & Ireland. Overseeing and driving the successful completion of Modernisation activities within the organisation. This role requires a visionary leader who can lead a team to manage complex projects aimed at upgrading and improving existing systems, processes, and infrastructure along with implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency, leveraging new technologies, and ensuring the integration of innovative solutions whilst delivering a world class customer experience What will the key responsibilities be?
