Job summary

A leading tech support firm in Birmingham is seeking an Apprentice Technical Support to provide administrative and technical help on managed service contracts. The ideal candidate will assist with resolving faults, update systems, and deliver excellent customer service. Candidates should have GCSEs in English and Maths, along with a strong desire to learn and work effectively in a team. This is a full-time on-site position with an excellent benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should ideally have a BTEC in ICT or Business Admin.
  • Some previous experience in a support desk environment is beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Log and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Update customer records, assets, and repairs.
  • Support engineers and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist with system changes and keep information accurate.
  • Communicate clearly with users and the support team.

Apprentice Technical Support Role Summary
