Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Sub Agent to lead mobilisation works for the NZT project at our Redcar and Cleveland site. You will establish depots, welfare, logistics and enable the wider construction phase while coordinating engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, programme management, and ensuring quality and handover readiness across a major mobilisation environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mobilisation on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong safety, quality and programme focus.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a defined mobilisation section with safety, quality, and programme ownership.
• Coordinate Section Engineers, site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors across multiple disciplines.
• Plan and control daily/weekly site activities ensuring readiness of resources.
• Manage interfaces with engineering, temporary works, commercial, planning, quality, H&S and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for safety, quality, and handover.
