Job summary

Balfour Beatty is delivering NZT in Teesside and seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function from Redcar and Cleveland. You will direct design, engineering, and risk management, ensuring quality deliverables to time and budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external engineers, steering strategy documents, and acting as the key engineering contact with clients and partners. A chartered engineer with strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven leadership of large engineering teams in heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BBK engineering on NZT project at Teesside.
• Coordinate design and engineering work, manage internal/external engineers.
• Develop design and engineering capabilities to meet project needs.
