Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for the Net Zero Teesside (NZT) project based at the Redcar site in Cleveland. You will lead day-to-day delivery, maintain records, and foster a safety-first culture while guiding a multi-disciplinary team to achieve project milestones.

The role requires strong programme management, cost control, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, within-budget completion of critical infrastructure with carbon capture and storage elements.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in managing operational delivery on construction projects.
• Ability to communicate safety requirements and implement improvements.
• Experience leading a multi-discipline team to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Capable of developing and monitoring short-term programmes and progress.
• Strong cost awareness and resource management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.

Aufgaben

• Oversee successful completion of project works and lead day-to-day delivery.
• Maintain accurate site records and ensure inductions are completed.
• Lead and coach team, monitor performance and training needs.
• Develop and monitor short-term programmes and progress.
• Deliver toolbox talks and drive Zero Harm and project sustainability.
• Manage subcontractors, attendance, and progress to meet contract requirements.
• Produce and review project programmes to ensure on-time delivery.
