A leading energy services provider in the UK is seeking a Mobilisation Project Manager. This role involves leading the planning and execution of mobilisation programmes, ensuring smooth transitions for contracts. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and be comfortable with travel. The position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for continuous improvement and transformation within the organization.
As a key member of the Mobilisation Team, the Mobilisation Project Manager leads the planning and execution of mobilisation programmes for new contracts, exiting and hand back projects at expiry date and internal transformation initiatives. This role ensures seamless project delivery, supports operational readiness, and drives cultural and behavioural change to achieve the target operating model whilst keeping clients expectations at the heart of delivery.
The role holder will collaborate across departments, manage milestones and gateways as well as ensuring projects transition smoothly from initiation to steady‑state operations.
Flexibility to travel is essential, as is a passion for driving change and continuous improvement.
This role will be based from any Equans site in North England.
