Qualifications

  • Skilled in internal communication across teams.

  • Experience within the FM industry is desirable.
  • Valid UK driving license with vehicle access.

  • Coach line managers on performance and employee relations.
  • Use data to identify trends and create action plans.

Job description

You'll work closely with the Facilities Account Director and operational HR teams to deliver seamless TUPE mobilisations, embed company culture from day one, and create a high-performing, engaged workforce. Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation of new contracts, ensuring smooth transitions for transferring staff.
  • Develop and deliver a robust “Recruit, Train & Retain” strategy aligned to business goals.
  • Manage full learning cycles, from apprenticeships to leadership development, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning and development pathways across accounts.
  • Champion internal communication, cultural change, wellbeing and the company's social agenda (EDI, sustainability, community initiatives).
  • Enhance employee engagement through surveys, action planning, recognition programmes and regular engagement forums.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on performance, employee relations and best practice.
  • Use people data and metrics to identify trends and create targeted action plans.
Qualifications
  • CIPD-qualified (or BA Hons equivalent)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Strong background in TUPE mobilisations
  • Knowledge of L&D methods, e-learning platforms and designing development solutions
  • Proven ability to influence, collaborate and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Skilled in internal communication across dispersed teams

  • Customer-focused with a track record of delivering high-quality people solutions
  • Experience within the FM industry (desirable)
  • Valid UK Driving license with access to personal vehicle
