Mobile Warehouse Team Leader - Milton Keynes - £25,701

Requirements:

• Full Driving License and own transport

The Position

• This is a full-time permanent position, responsible for driving around Milton Keynes to complete audits on deliveries.
• Rate of pay: £25,701 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid break
• Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 06:00-00:00 & 00:00-08:00
• Working Environment: Mixed

You will be required to:

• Manage stock accuracy within the depot and loaded trailers, verifying against drivers' paperwork and incoming deliveries.
• Confidently perform basic arithmetic for delivery checks.
• Respond to verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• Meet your own and the team’s KPIs.
• Conduct weekly supervision with team members and monitor audit data for performance feedback.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Stand, kneel, bend, and squat as necessary to access stock.
• Must be aged 18 or over.

Additional Information:

Retail and Asset Solutions are seeking a warehouse team captain for our supply chain team on a full-time permanent basis. Your role will involve achieving daily auditing targets by checking the accuracy of pallets and cages before shipment to ensure no errors.
