Job summary

RAC Motoring Services in the East England region is seeking Mobile Vehicle Technicians for its SMR division. You will perform routine servicing, diagnostics and in-depth repairs directly at members' driveways or car parks, with a fully equipped RAC van and pre-booked jobs.

The role offers a 40-hour week with Saturday work, and you will deliver high-quality service while advising members on vehicle care and safety checks. Training and career growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience or 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing and diagnostics using mobile equipment.
• In-depth repairs and reporting performed away from a workshop.
• Provide member advice and carry out vehicle safety checks to RAC standards.
