RAC Motoring Services is looking for Mobile Mechanics to join its SMR team. You’ll conduct planned servicing, diagnostics, and in-depth repairs at customers' locations across the Newbury cluster and surrounding areas, using a fully equipped RAC van and digital scheduling.

You will work a full-time 40-hour week with core hours 8:30 am–5:00 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays, with overtime opportunities and a potential earnings mix up to £52,000 OTE depending on bonuses and overtime.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance with 2+ years' experience.
• 5+ years' experience as Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsabilités

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs you'd normally complete in a workshop
• Member advice and recommendations based on inspection
• Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards
