RAC is expanding its SMR division with a Mobile Vehicle Technician. You’ll handle pre-booked servicing, diagnostics, and in-depth repairs for members at driveways and workplaces, delivering quality work with planned schedules.

Expect a structured development pathway, a 40-hour week with core hours 8:30–17:00 and occasional Saturdays, plus a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, and benefits to support your ongoing professional growth.

Formación

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsabilidades

• Routine servicing.
• Diagnostics using mobile equipment.
• In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop.
• Member advice and recommendations based on inspection.
• Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards.

Conocimientos

2+ years'experience

5+ years' experience as Vehicle Tech

Educación

NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)

Full UK driving licence (<6 points)
