Job summary

The RAC is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician for its SMR division. You will operate on a planned schedule, performing routine servicing, diagnostics, and in-depth repairs using advanced mobile equipment.

Work occurs in the field across a local area, not on-call emergencies. You will be equipped with a RAC van and tools, with defined hours, overtime options, and a benefits package including pension and life cover.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
