Job summary

The RAC Motoring Services is hiring a Mobile Vehicle Technician for its SMR Division. You’ll perform planned servicing and diagnostics at customers’ homes or workplaces with a fully equipped RAC van and advanced diagnostics.

Expect structured, non-emergency work with time to complete each task safely and thoroughly. We offer a base salary of £40,178 with OT and bonuses to push earnings toward £52,000, a 40-hour week, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience as Vehicle Technician/Mechanic or 5+ years in the field.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

• In depth repairs you'd normally complete in a workshop
• Member advice and recommendations based on inspection
