Overview
Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician – Location: Luton. Salary: £38,625 basic per annum, OTE £50,000 & overtime 1.5 / A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385. Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays. Ref - 28883

Responsibilities
- Working closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and aim to get vehicles back on the road; otherwise ensure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
- Identify problems and advise the customer on the vehicle’s issues.
- Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the business.
Requirements
- Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair preferred; Level 2 considered. Open to equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds, IMI or NVQ. Must be able to show your qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
- A full UK driving licence - no more than 9 points or bans.
- Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
