Job description

Allied Autocare are recruiting now for a Mobile Service Technician in Southwest of England (Taunton/ Exeter) to join our busy mobile team.

Working closely with our call centre bookings team, you will build your own network and deliver against targets with an excellent eye for detail and exceptional customer service standards. With a focus on teamwork and independent work, you will provide an efficient service to all our customers.

This is a mobile role, servicing customers’ vehicles at their home or place of work. It will involve travelling to various locations within the Southwest region.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm and the salary depends on qualifications/experience:

  • Level 2 qualified: £31,620.00 + bonus.
  • Level 3 qualified: £34,083.50 + bonus.

This role attracts a service van and fuel card for business use.

Ideal Candidate
  • Possess a level 2 or level 3 qualification in light vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent.
  • Be able to diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Carry out inspections to VOSA standards.
  • Service, maintain and repair vehicles.
  • Complete all paperwork in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Work as part of a team whilst also being able to work on your own and use your initiative.
