A leading international service provider is seeking a Catering Manager to oversee food and beverage operations in schools across Walsall, Dudley, Stafford, and Stoke-on-Trent. You will manage the kitchen team, ensure the highest standards of service, and maintain cost control for the catering operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale cooking and staff supervision, a positive attitude, and relevant foodie qualifications. This role offers a 30-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with competitive pay of £14.50 per hour and benefits including mental health support and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle required.
  • Ability to train and mentor kitchen team.
  • Experience in managing food and stock expenses.
