We are seeking a Senior experienced building services maintenance engineer to operate on a mobile basis on a blue‑chip client contract. Working within an established team covering the planned and reactive maintenance within commercial office and retail environments. Working for a large building services maintenance provider that can offer job security and career progression within a modern working environment. Multi‑skilled engineers with the hands‑on experience of at least two disciplines, such as heating, plumbing, air conditioning or electrical. Engineers must be proficient in both M&E trades and must hold a minimum of City & Guilds trade certificates or similar.

Role responsibilities include:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
• Carry out statutory compliance checks

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC maintenance experience
• Previous experience with single and three‑phase power, lighting, heating systems, air conditioning, AHU’s, fan coil units, BMS operation, etc.
• Proficiency in at least two M&E trades and possession of relevant City & Guilds trade certificates or equivalent
